Lacey Police Investigating Theft Of Two Siamese Kittens From Forked River Home

No signs of forced entry, police chief says.

Lacey Township police are searching for whoever entered a home in the 100 block of Caldwell Avenue in Forked River and stole two three-month-old Siamese kittens, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officer Patrick Watkins responded to the home on a report of a burglary at 6:19 p.m. on Aug. 30.

The victim reported that an unknown person or persons entered her home between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. stole the kittens. There were no signs of forced entry, the chief said.
