Lacey Township Committee Agrees To Ballot Question To Move School Board Elections Back To April
But the Lacey Board of Education has the final say.

Lacey residents will have a chance to vote on a ballot question in November that proposes moving the school district elections back to April, according to app.com.
Township Committee members agreed at the Aug. 13 meeting to put the referendum on for November. If the election dates were changed, residents would have a chance to vote on the district’s budget and school board members.
Resident Lorraine Sanson - a 40-year township resident - saw her taxes rise almost $2,000 this year, even though she is still out of her Superstorm Sandy-battered home on Laurel Boulevard.
