Lanoka Harbor Man Found Staggering In Road Facing Drug Charges: Lacey Police
Shawn M. Wrazen, 36, also had a number of outstanding warrants, police say.

Lacey police recently arrested a Lanoka Harbor man on drug charges and outstanding warrants after they found him staggering on Beach Boulevard in Forked River, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.
Officers Elton Copes and Andrew Slota responded to the area near Biscayne Boulevard at 4:33 a.m. on Aug. 8. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Shawn M. Wrazen, 36, Bay Way on several outstanding warrants, including a $500 Seaside Heights warrant, a $150 Jackson Township warrant and a $1,000 warrant out of Robbinsville, the chief said.
Police also found Wrazen had Suboxone and a hypodermic syringe in his possession. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and a hypodermic syringe. His bail was set at $2,500 cash. Wrazen was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in default of bail, DiBella said.
