A Twist on the Traditional Car Show and All You Can Eat Italian Dinner!
LANOKA HARBOR, N.J. — For most auto enthusiasts, February in New Jersey is the off-season—a time when prized vehicles are tucked away under covers, waiting for the salt to wash off the roads. However, Jersey Shore Car Shows has found a way to bring the car community together without braving the cold.
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, the organization will host its unique "No Snow Indoor Car Show and Italian Dinner Fundraiser" at the Murray Grove Retreat Center. Running from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the event promises the camaraderie of a summer cruise night with the warmth of an indoor venue.
A Twist on the Traditional Car Show
The defining feature of this event is in the title: it is a "No-Car Car Show." Rather than parking their actual vehicles on the grass or pavement, participants are invited to bring a picture or collage of their vehicle (up to 13x19 inches in size).
Owners are encouraged to bring their show boards or any paperwork detailing the specs and history of their rides to display at the venue. It offers a rare opportunity for owners to discuss the finer details of their restoration projects or modifications without shouting over roaring engines.
The competition will remain fierce, despite the lack of exhaust fumes. Trophies will be awarded for:

- Participant’s Choice (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place).
- Spectator’s Choice (1st place and Runner-up).
- Best of Show.
- Various other "fun awards."
While participants will vote on vehicles as part of their entry, attendees without a vehicle to show can also influence the outcome by purchasing voting ballots for $1 each.
Food, Fundraising, and Family Fun
The event is not just about horsepower; it is also a culinary gathering. The entry fee includes an All-You-Can-Eat Italian Dinner.
Tickets are priced at $25 per person, which covers the meal and one "car" entry into the show. Recognizing the service of the community, the event offers a discounted rate of $10 per person for Veterans and Active Military.
Organizers have ensured the event is family-friendly by including a special category for children. Kids are invited to bring their best model car, truck, or RC (Remote Control) vehicle to enter the show. The entry fee for children is just $5, which includes the full Italian dinner and a chance to compete for awards and prizes. Regardless of entry, children 12 and under eat free.

CAR CLUBS - Bring your 2026 show flyers to put at our welcome table for everyone coming in to take home!
And EVERYONE - bring your appetite! Enjoy home-cooked delicious food!
HOW THIS WORKS:
-- Bring a picture(s) or collage of your vehicle, up to 13x19 in size to display
-- Bring paperwork, a showboard, or any item with details on the vehicle you would like to show with the picture(s)
-- Paid participants will vote for winning vehicles
-- Non-Participants or extra ballots are $1 each.Trophies will be awarded for Participants Vote 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, spectator 1st place and runner up, Best of show, and a few other fun awards.
