LACEY, NJ — A Lacey man was charged after he made racial threats against an Amazon delivery driver, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

John Vincentini, 62, was charged with bias intimidation and terroristic threats in connection with the Sept. 5 incident, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.

Vincentini followed the delivery driver with his car into a cul-de-sac where the driver was making deliveries, Billhimer said.

He then asked the driver if he wanted Vincentini to head back to his car, get his rifle and shoot the driver in the head, Billhimer said.

The Amazon driver drove away and contacted Lacey police, Billhimer said.

Vincentini surrendered himself to Lacey police on Oct. 5, Billhimer said. He was processed and released on a summons pending future court appearances.
