Nearly 500 Wreaths Placed On Veterans' Graves In Lacey Through Wreaths Across America
This was the first year the ceremony was held at Good Luck Cemetery and it was a major success, according to township officials.

LACEY, NJ — This past weekend, a Wreaths Across America ceremony was held for the first time at Good Luck Cemetery.
With nearly 500 wreaths laid across the graves of veterans, the event was a success, according to township officials.
"You all blew me away," Committeewoman PeggySue Juliano shared in a social media post on the official Lacey Township page, on behalf of the rest of the committee.

She thanked residents of Lacey for coming out to support the veterans and for making Lacey a great place to live.
"We are a community of patriotism and compassion, and in today's world, both are vital to keep on the forefront for all generations to come," Juliano said.

Juliano also thanked the volunteers, the Iapicco family and the Historical Society, who were instrumental in making the event happen.
"The two words, thanks and giving, go hand in hand when I think of the men and women who served our country every day and to those that made the ultimate sacrifice," Juliano said. "'Thank you' to our active-duty military service members, abroad and at home, for always being, ready, willing and able to serve our country."
