Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant Emergency Sirens To Sound on Tuesday
Semi-annual test will take place at 10 a.m.

Exelon Generation will conduct its semi-annual, full volume test of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant’s emergency warning sirens at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
The tests are conducted in June and December of each year, said spokesperson Suzanne D‘Ambrosio.
The purpose of the sirens is to notify residents to tune to an Emergency Alert System (EAS) radio or television station in case of an emergency.
