• Weapons Charges Added Against Driver In Lacey Head-On Crash: Prosecutor (patch.com) — Lacey residents are learning more about a serious Route 539 head-on crash after prosecutors added multiple weapons charges against the Philadelphia driver already accused of assault by auto. Investigators say two loaded handguns, high-capacity magazines, and hollow point ammunition were seized from the SUV involved, while two people injured in the Lacey collision remain hospitalized in serious but stable condition. 
• Pinelands Smothers Lacey as Wildcats Stay Perfect (shoresportsinsider.com) — Lacey High School's football team fell 13-0 to Pinelands, managing just 80 total yards in a tough road loss that evened the Lions' record at 2-2. Despite the setback, Lacey quickly turns its focus to hosting rival Central next Saturday in a key Class B South matchup.
