Popcorn Park To Close Temporarily For 'Improvements'

LACEY, NJ — Popcorn Park Animal Refuge will be temporarily closed as improvements are made.

The zoo will be closed Sept. 6 through 10 for improvements and the park's 45th anniversary celebration, officials announced on social media.

It will reopen on Sept. 11 at 11 a.m.

On Sept. 10, the park is holding an anniversary celebration from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will celebrate Popcorn Park's history and highlight its plans for future growth. Some of the most memorable residents through the years will be showcased along with current Refuge residents.
