Quinn, McDonald Prevail In Race For Two Lacey Township Committee Seats

Republican Lacey Mayor Gary Quinn and his running mate Tim McDonald have won the two available three-year terms on the Lacey Township Committee, according to results from the Ocean County Clerk’s Office.

Quinn was the top votegetter with 2,423 votes or 26.50 percent. McDonald was second with 2,222 votes, or 24.31 percent.

Former Democratic Committeewoman Helen Dela Cruz was third with 1,578 votes, or 17.26 percent. Michael Dos Santos, her running mate, received 1,389 votes or 15.19 percent.

Independents Barry Bendar and Greg Pancza received 792 votes and 735 votes, respectively.
