Repeat Offenders At Three Hill Top Court Issued Summonses

Two are charged with maintaining a nuisance after multiple complaints over the past several months.

It’s getting to be an all-too-familiar address for Lacey Township police officers.

They have responded to 3 Hill Top Court numerous times over the past few months on public nuisance complaints including loud parties, loud noise, speeding vehicles, open fires, intoxicated persons, fights, underage consumption of alcohol and providing alcoholic beverages to underage persons, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

So on March 23, Lieutenant Michael C. DiBella and Sergeant Robert Flynn III responded to the Lanoka Harbor house to serve criminal summonses resulting from a follow-up investigation into the complaints. They charged both Joaquim Narciso, 21, and Kristen M. Kell, 26, with the criminal offense of maintaining a nuisance. They both have Municipal Court dates pending, the chief said.

While the officers were on the scene, Andrew J. Uveges, 22, same address, drove into the driveway of the residence. He was arrested on an outstanding $350 Berkeley Township Municipal Court warrant and was taken to police headquarters for processing. Uveges was released after posting full bail. He was also issued a traffic summons for driving with a suspended license, Paprota said.

The follow-up investigation into the complaints is continuing and more charges may be issued, the chief said.
