Son Charged With Murder Of Lacey Dad To Remain Detained: Prosecutor

LACEY, NJ — The Lacey man accused of killing his father will remain detained pending trial for his murder charge, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

A judge ordered on Sept. 20 that Justin Donaldson, 36, will remain in Ocean County Jail pending trial, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said. Donaldson has been in the jail since he was first arrested on Sept. 7, Billhimer said.

Donaldson was charged with murder after the death of his father, 67-year-old David Donaldson, also of Lacey, officials previously said.
