The red, 1999 Dodge Duringo was later located and returned, police chief says.

A South Carolina woman was recently arrested for stealing her sister's 1999 Dodge Durango from the front of the victim's First Street home in Lanoka Harbor, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Officer Daniel Ricciardella responded to the house at 5:52 p.m. on April 13 on a theft report. The victim told police that her sister, Cassie Winiavski, 28, Charleston, SC, had stolen her vehicle. The victim reported that when she came home from work on the morning of April 13, 2016, the Dodge Durango was parked in front of the residence, the chief said.
When she woke up, she discovered the vehicle had been stolen. Further investigation led to a warrant being issued by the Lacey Township Municipal Court Clerk, with bail set at $2,500. Seaside Park police officers arrested Winiavski on April 15 and took her to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Paprota said.
