Three Charged With Defiant Trespassing on Lacey Materials Site
Suspects' vehicle got bogged down in the mud on the property, police chief says.

Lacey police recently charged two men and a woman with trespassing at the Lacey Materials site on West Lacey Road after their vehicle got stuck in the mud, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Sergeant Samuel Della Sala saw several individuals trespassing at Lacey Materials at 5:59 p.m. on March 29 in the Forked River section of the township, the chief said.
Further investigation determined that the individuals got their vehicle stuck in the mud while trespassing. Police arrested Vincent G. Belluardo, 22, Pelican Drive, Bayville; Connor J. Bott, 21, Harbor Inn Road in Bayville, NJ; and Marissa E. Rainey, 21,Bullard Avenue, Forked River, Paprota said.

All three were issued sumonsses for defiant trespassing at the scene. Belluardo also had an outstanding Atlantic City Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $500. He was taken to police headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance by the authority of the Atlantic City Municipal Court Clerk, the chief said.
