Three DUIs, including Hit-And-Run In Lacey: Police
A Forked River woman received summonses for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and refusing to submit breath testing, police said.

Three people were charged with driving under the influence between Jan. 26 and Jan. 28 in Lacey, including one woman who hit a vehicle and fled the scene, according to a Lacey police report.
Police responded to a hit-and-run collision in the afternoon Jan. 26 on the 600 block of Williams Avenue in Forked River, authorities said. Investigation led to charges against Celeste A. Flanagan, 55, of Williams Avenue in Forked River, police said.
Flanagan was released after receiving motor vehicle summonses for DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, refusal to submit breath testing, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident, according to police.

- A Forked River woman was charged with DUI after a vehicle stop Jan. 28 on Lacey Road in Bamber Lake, police said. Amber L. Thomas, 23, of Good Luck Road in Forked River, was released after receiving summonses for DUI, reckless driving, refusal to submit breath samples and speeding, according to police. The passenger – Lauri Harrison, 49, of Good Luck Road in Forked River – was charged on three Lacey Township Municipal Court warrants with bail totaling $1,250, police said. Harrison was placed in Ocean County Correctional Facility, according to police.
- Officer Jason Lee conducted a vehicle stop Jan. 27 on Lakeside Drive East and Marine Road in Forked River, according to authorities. Police processed Michael R. Buron, 25, of Parkers Point Boulevard in Forked River, at police headquarters and issued him summonses for DUI, speeding, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving, police said.
All three vehicles were impounded pursuant to John's Law, police said.
