LACEY, NJ — An townhouse building and a separate commercial building are proposed to be built on Maxim Drive, according to public notice.

A public hearing for the project is set for a special Lacey Township Board of Adjustment meeting on Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

The townhouse building will consist of eight units, while the commercial building will have space for two commercial offices on the first floor and two apartment units on the second floor. The applicant is seeking major site plan approval for this.

The property that is planned for the buildings is currently vacant land. It is zoned for residential and office-commercial uses.

Variances are sought for mixed use and multifamily as well as for setbacks.
