Two Lacey Men Facing Drug Charges After No-Knock Search Warrant At Forked River Home
Heroin, Suboxone and other drugs were found in the East Haines Street home in Forked River.
The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, the Lacey Township police department and the Ocean County SWAT team recently arrested two Lacey men after a no-knock search warrant at an East Haines Street home, Capt. Jack Sramaty said.
Authorities said Theodore J. Vansanten, 32, used a blue, 2012 Nissan Sentra in his drug distribution activities. The vehicle was seized pending forfeiture proceedings, Sramaty said.
Detectives found quantities of heroin, Suboxone and anabolic steroids and $600 in cash, he said.

Vansanten, 214 East Haines Street, was charged with two counts of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and two counts of distribution of heroin. Ocean County Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels set his bail at $25,000 cash. Vansanten was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Sramaty said.
Jason A. Fiorvante, 28, same address, was charged with possession of Suboxone and possession of anabolic steroids. Fiorvante was released on a summons, he said.

"The investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected to be issued regarding this investigation," Sramaty said.
