Variance Sought For Townhouse, Commercial Offices In Lacey
The 8-unit townhouse building and commercial offices with two apartments need a use variance and variances for setbacks.

LACEY, NJ — Developers of a proposed townhouse building and additional commercial building will go before the township Zoning Board of Adjustment to seek variances.
The townhouse building will consist of eight units, while the commercial building will have space for two commercial offices on the first floor and two apartment units on the second floor.
The property is planned for vacant land on Maxim Drive that is zoned for residential and office-commercial uses.

The applicant is seeking a use variance for mixed use and multifamily and bulk variance for front setback, side setback, total side setback, lot coverage and impervious coverage, according to public notice.
A special public hearing is set for Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the Committee Chambers of the Municipal Building, 818 Lacey Road.
