Deputy Mayor Menashe Miller, a chaplain with the U.S. Air Force, said the township is honored to pay tribute to the military heroes who have served throughout the generations.

"As one who has been privileged to have a close-up view of the men and women in the U.S. Military in action, no words can adequately describe the patriotism and valor they display in their service," Miller said.

"Lakewood Township is honored to once again do our part to honor our military heroes throughout the generations who have paid the greatest price imaginable so that America can remain the world's beacon of freedom and prosperity."
