Crash Closes Massachusetts Avenue: Lakewood Police
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area while utility repairs are made.
LAKEWOOD, NJ — Massachusetts Avenue is closed southbound Tuesday morning in the area of Prospect Street after a motor vehicle crash that took out a utility pole, Lakewood police said.
Emergency utility work is under way, police said.
Details about the crash were not immediately available. Police asked motorists to avoid the area while the repair work is being done.
