Marshall said Farkas is accused of going into the woman's home on Monday, Nov. 5, and installing a small video camera in her bathroom facing the shower. The woman found the video recording device, which prompted her to install surveillance cameras in her home Monday night.

On Tuesday, the woman saw Farkas on the live video footage breaking into her home, Marshall said. She called her husband and the Lakewood Civilian Safety Watch, who called police.
