THC Vaping Oil, Marijuana, Cash Seized In Lakewood: Prosecutor
The prosecutor said three people were arrested in the raid at a Lakewood address.
LAKEWOOD, NJ — Authorities seized marijuana, THC vaping oil and $7,500 in cash during a raid on a Lakewood home on Monday, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said Tuesday.
Three people were arrested during the raid at an unspecified Lakewood address, he said: Henry Martin, 32, Janice Rivera, 31, and Darian Buddoo, 32, all of Lakewood.
In addition to the cash, marijuana and THC vaping oil, THC extract and drug paraphernalia "indicative of the manufacture and distribution of controlled dangerous substances" were seized, the prosecutor's office said.

Martin is charged with possession with the intent to distribute more than 1 ounce but less than 5 pounds of marijuana in or within 500 feet of a public housing project, ossession with the intent to distribute THC extract, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of less than 50 grams of THC extract, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rivera is charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana within 500 feet of a public housing project, possession with the intent to distribute THC extract, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of less than 50 grams of thc extract, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Buddoo is charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana within 500 feet of a public housing project, possession with the intent to distribute THC extract, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of less than 50 grams of THC extract, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three are being held in the Ocean County Jail awaiting detention hearings.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Asset Forfeiture Unit will determine if additional charges are warranted.
Detectives from the Prosecutor's Narcotics Strike Force collaborated with the Lakewood Township Police Department on the investigation.
The raid was conducted by members of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, members of the Lakewood Police Street Crimes Unit and the Lakewood Police Special Response Team.
