32 Bricks Of Heroin Seized In Mercer County Drug Bust: Police

Four people were charged with drug offenses after police found them within 500 feet of a park in Trenton, authorities said.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Four people were charged and 32 bricks of heroin were seized during a drug bust in Trenton, police said Monday.

Detectives from the police department's Violent Crimes Unit conducted a narcotics surveillance in the area of 2 Sanhican Drive after receiving numerous complaints from area residents, police said.

Four people were charged with drug offenses after police caught them within 500 feet of a park.

The following people were arrested and charged:

  • Anthony T Baldwin: 31
    Charges: CDS Offenses
    Baldwin was found with 15 bricks of heroin (750 decks) and $951 in currency, police said
  • .Kendall K McCray: 34
    Charges: CDS Offenses
    McCray was found with 12 bricks of heroin (620 decks), 9 grams of crack cocaine and $1020 in cash, police said.
  • Thomas E Hollis: 24
    Charges: CDS Offenses
    Hollis was found with 5 bricks of heroin (250 decks) and $320 in cash, police said
  • Elvin R Rivera: 37
    Charges: Possession of CDS Crack-Cocaine
    Rivera was found with 1 gram of crack cocaine and $10 in cash, police said.
