Adjustment to Brain Injury Workshop at St. Lawrence Rehab on October 7

The Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey (BIANJ) is holding a free educational session entitled Adjustment to Brain Injury on Wednesday, October 7 from 6:30-8:30 PM at the St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, 2381 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

The program, which brings together people with brain injury, their families and friends, and concerned allied health professionals, aims to promote awareness and management of brain injury through a presentation and forum for questions. The session is facilitated by Peggy DiTommaso, MSW, who has volunteered her time to BIANJ as a Support Group Leader for over 20 years.

BIANJ is able to provide Adjustment to Brain Injury with funding from the New Jersey Traumatic Brain Injury Fund, which was created, in part, to provide for public education and prevention activities related to brain injury. Additional sessions are offered each month in a different county statewide.
