There are two black dogs (almost identical ) with collars running up and down Shadowstone Lane in Lawrenceville…they won't let me approach them to see their collars.. they were doing the same thing a couple of days ago..we are right off 206… worried about their safety…does anyone know these dogs or who they belong… (Nextdoor Lawrenceville Rd)
