College Track and Field: Rider's Coleman Honored by the MAAC
Freshman La'tazah Coleman of the Rider University women's indoor track and field team was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Female Performer of the Week it was announced Tuesday (Dec. 11).
EDISON - Freshman La'tazah Coleman (Middletown, Del./Appoquinimink) of the Rider University women's indoor track and field team was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Female Performer of the Week it was announced Tuesday (Dec. 11).
Coleman was honored for all competition Dec. 3-9.
In her collegiate debut at Lehigh's Fast Times, Coleman placed first in both the 60-meter (7.76) and the 200 meter dash (25.57), both times setting Rauch Field House records.

Coleman, an Entrepreneurial Studies major, was also third in the 60-meter hurdles (8.93) and high jump (1.60m).
Rider competes at the Monmouth Invite Jan. 5.
