Dead Body Found in Mercer County Home Wednesday Morning: Police
Police suspect a domestic dispute lead to the woman's death.
Authorities are investigating the discovery of a dead body inside a Mercer County home Wednesday morning. An unnamed suspect is currently in custody.
Ewing Police discovered 51-year-old Rufina Castro dead in her bedroom just before 3 a.m. Police responded to the home after receiving a request for a welfare check, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police believe the death may have resulted from a domestic dispute because there doesn’t appear to have been a break-in.
