Registration for the Lawrence Lacrosse Club's fall 2014 clinics is open. Programs are offered for girls and boys from Lawrence, Ewing, Hamilton and Trenton. The clinics offer a perfect opportunity for boys and girls to start playing lacrosse and for experienced players to improve their skills.
Early registration for the programs is $30 for players who register before August 14th. This is $15 off the regular registration cost of $45. Space is limited! Register by visiting www.lawrencelacrosse.com today.
Programs include:Boys Clinic for 1st through 8th Graders
Players will be grouped by grade level and will participate in one session per week on Saturdays. The program will start on September 13th and run for 6 weeks (1st and 2nd grade) or 8 weeks (3rd – 8th grade). U.S. Lacrosse membership is required for this program for insurance purposes. Players must provide their own boy’s lacrosse equipment, although the club does have a few sets of equipment to lend on a first come, first serve basis.
Girls Clinic for U7 – U13 year olds (1st through 6th Graders)
Players will participate in one session per week on Thursday evenings. The program will start on September 18th and run for 6 weeks. U.S. Lacrosse membership is required for this program for insurance purposes. Players must provide their own girl’s lacrosse equipment.
Little Laxers for Boys and Girls in Pre-K through 1st Grade
Little Laxers offers an introduction to the sport in a relaxed and fun environment. Participants will be taught the basics of lacrosse through fun games led by experienced coaches. This program will start on September 13th and run for 6 weeks on Saturday afternoons. The club will provide all necessary equipment. First graders may choose to participate in Little Laxers or the Clinics.
