Honor Yoga Pennington to offer Mom & Baby Yoga Series

Join our instructor, Ryah, for an amazing Mommy & Baby yoga series. Mom and Baby can spend some special time together on the mat, enjoying gentle and playful poses to releax the body, clear the mind, and bring you and baby even closer. This class is a fun way to reconnect with your body while nejoying time with your baby.

This class is not just for moms; caregivers and dads are welcome too!

The age group for babies is 6 weeks to crawling.

This is a 4-week series - it s $60 for members and $80 for nonmembers. Everone can enjoy their first class for free now through the end of October.
