This Center-wide educational event at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center on Saturday, January 16 from 9:00am-12:00pm helps members and guests become familiar with all the Center offers. Get first-hand experience through introductory Group Fitness classes, 15-minute demo sessions, and specialty workshops. Sample throughout the day. Pick your favorites and develop a new fitness plan! Staff will be available to answer questions and share insight.
