Captain Paul’s “cooks” Philadelphia Insurance
The sun was in and out all day this past Saturday, May 17th but the warmer temperatures and sun were a welcome sight at Hughes Field on Eggert’s Crossing Road. Recent rainouts and cooler weather have made the first half of the season seem almost like Fall. Great day for a ball game !!
Captain Paul’s defeated “Philly” Insurance Saturday with a score of 6-5. It was a much needed boost to the players of Captain Paul’s who tied Philadelphia Insurance early last week on May 15th in a 7-7 tie.
Pitchers for Captain Paul’s were Max Crouthamel, Kevin DallePazze and Aidan Loughran. Kevin DallePazze was also behind the plate as catcher but I’ll get to that in just a moment.
