Lawrence Police Offering Free Gun Safety Class For Residents
Lawrence police is partnering with nonprofit organizations to host the class and distribute free gun locks.
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — If you have guns at home, you need to be a responsible owner to prevent any accidental tragedies.
The Lawrence Township Police Department will be hosting a gun safety class on July 27 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The class is being held in collaboration with the nonprofit group Lawrence Neighbors Together and Kulak Arms, a local gun shop.

For the event, Lawrence Police will be partnering with BESMART a nonprofit organization that promotes gun safety and conducts classes of the like.
The class will be in the training room of the Lawrence Township Police Department (2211 Lawrence Road, Lawrence Twp., NJ).

Free gun locks and refreshments will also be provided during the event (while supplies last).
Interested residents need to register for the event. Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited.
