LIFE St. Francis Celebrates Thanksgiving Luncheon

Lunch served to older adult participants by LIFE St. Francis leadership, staff and volunteers

LIFE St. Francis, a unique program that assists elders to live safely at home while providing them with a team of healthcare experts, recently held its traditional Thanksgiving luncheon for participants in its new center in Bordentown.

Participants began the day with live entertainment featuring songs by their favorite musicians. Dietary staff at LIFE St. Francis prepared the Thanksgiving meal, while St. Francis leadership, staff, and volunteers served the participants. The Thanksgiving menu included turkey, all the trimmings, and for dessert, sweet potato and pumpkin pies. The luncheon was held during each of the three days leading up to Thanksgiving, serving a total of 250 LIFE participants.

LIFE St. Francis is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and provides comprehensive care to seniors 55 and older who wish to remain living safely and independently in the community but need coordinated services.
