Man Repeatedly Exposed Himself, Committed Lewd Acts In Mercer: Police

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – After a three-month-long investigation, authorities have charged a man for repeatedly exposing himself and committing lewd acts in Hamilton, police said.

Between November 2022 and February 2023, Hamilton police conducted an investigation in the areas of Field Avenue, Camp Avenue, Newkirk Avenue and Berg Avenue.

According to police, Carlos A Villedamelchor would drive up to a person and either masturbate or expose his genitalia in full view to them.

Villedamelchor used two vehicles during the time – a 2013 Ford Escape and a grey Toyota Corolla, police said.

He has been charged with multiple counts of lewdness in association with the investigation.
