Obituary: Jean T. Carver, 93

Jean T. Carver, 93, of Levittown, Pa., and formerly of Lawrence Township, died Aug. 30 at the Stateman Health Care Center in Levittown.

Born in Trenton, she was a resident of Lawrence Township for many years.

She was employed for many years as an executive secretary with the Institute for Advanced Studies in Princeton.

Daughter of the late Gordon and Ethel Allen Tomkinson and wife of the late Lloyd A. Carver, Sr., former mayor of Lawrence, she is survived by her son, Lloyd A. Carver Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial for will be celebrated on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at The Church of Saint Ann, 1253 Lawrence Rd. in Lawrence. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceville Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
