Paul Robert Lieggi, passes away 8-3-2024 3am, fought cancer valiantly
Stomach cancer claimed my brother get yourself checked out, he contracted it in May and gone by August in Chicago in the land of Lincoln.
On August 3rd June 2024 at 3 am, Paul Robert Lieggi Passed away from a valiant battle with cancer. He contracted it in May of 2024, it spread and chemotherapy failed. Paul was a graduate of St Ann's Grammar School, First graduating class of 1971. Paul graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1975, and then graduated from Drew University in 1979. He decided to go to the ever famous John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1979 graduated in 1982 magna cum laude, And pass the bar. Paul was an excellent lawyer with his own law firm from 1989 to 2023. Paul then went on to work of assistant general counsel, at Holsten Companies. Paul was a excellent father, he is survived by his daughter Daniela, girlfriend Beth Gaby, and his siblings Joseph, (Patricia), and Ennio JR , Peter, and Anna Maria Lieggi. As well as his nieces Michelle, Rachel Dlabik (Edward), and Alexandra and grand nephew Darryl George Bogan, and grand nieces Madison Grace, and Riley Elizabeth Dlabik. Paul was an exceptional student and an athlete for Lawrence Little League Lawrence Babe Ruth graduating both and St Ann's CYO basketball, there will be no service. As a youth Paul belonged to the Church of Saint Ann and was married in Chicago in 1986 at the Westin Hotel. He was born in Princeton New Jersey on November 8th 1957 in Princeton Hospital on Witherspoon St as was all his siblings. Not only was he an excellent lawyer he was a lawyer for the family and family business and we were all miss him a lot as were his family extended family and friends both home and abroad. He was an excellent chef a connoisseur and knew best wines in Europe and America. He enjoyed traveling to Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and England and his generosity knew no bounds. Lawrence Township has lost a favorite son and anyone who denies that never knew him to know Paul was the love Paul to know Paul was to know what embodied Lawrence Township baseball all you had to do was see him play on Eggert's Crossing Road in a Lawrence Township New Jersey. He is predeceased by his mother and father and Ennio Sr, and Gina Ruberto-Lieggi, George Martinez and Mark Eggert Sr., brother in laws by marriage and sister in law Eileen Lieggi and niece Kimberly Lieggi.
