Register Today to Become a Lawrenceville School Summer Scholar

Whether you want to explore a new academic interest, strengthen your current skills, or prep for the SSAT/SAT, the Lawrenceville School Summer Scholars program is the place to be this summer. Classes will be offered in two sessions, July 4-22 and July 25-August 12, with opportunities for both boarding and day, junior high and high school students. Courses, which take place on Lawrenceville’s Historic Landmark campus, are available for either half- or full-day enrollment. The School is located at 2500 Main St., Lawrenceville, N.J. 08648. For additional information, visit summerscholars.lawrenceville.org, email admissions@lawrencevillescholars.org, or call 609-512-2720.
Scholars can study the arts, communications, English, math, robotics, science, and technology. Students will tackle everything from forensic science to dance, from geometry to creative writing, and from robotics to 2-and 3D visual arts. You can design robots, try your hand at engineering, and even develop technologically advanced clothing and accessories! There’s truly something for every student.
The program’s low student-to-teacher ratio will ensure that each student receives the individual attention. Scholars will learn in Lawrenceville’s state-of-the-art facilities, including computer and science labs and the Kirby Arts Center, and have access to the many resources of the School’s Bunn Library.

Interested in boarding? Lawrenceville is opening the doors of its historic Circle Houses to residential students who will deepen friendships not only in the Houses, but also by engaging in on- and off-campus activities. Boarders will have the chance to see what they’ve been studying in classes in a new light as they visit New York City and Philadelphia with their classmates and teachers.
Admission to the Lawrenceville School Summer Scholars Program is offered on a rolling basis. Lawrenceville is seeking students who want to supplement their course of study with programs designed to feed passions and discover new ones. Applicants who can demonstrate strong past academic performance, as evidenced by school transcripts, and who have a desire to take part in a summer program that will continue to be personally and academically challenging, are encouraged to apply. International students must be fully fluent in the English language. Non-native speakers of English must also submit a TOEFL score of >80 or proof by transcript of at least three years in an English speaking International School.
