Share My Meals Hosts Sold-Out Fundraiser In Lawrenceville

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Princeton-based non-profit organization, Share My Meals, held a fundraiser on Thursday in Lawrenceville.

The sold-out fundraiser, held at Great Meadows Farm, saw 210 people in attendance. The event was hosted by Elements and Mistral restaurants and featured 20 European winemakers.

"We are grateful for the amazing show of support Share My Meals keeps receiving from residents of the Princeton area," Isabelle Lambotte, President of Share My Meals, said in a statement.

"Although we founded Share My Meals just two years ago, we have already achieved so much. This event is a testimony to the place Share My Meals has carved in the community as our food donors and volunteers work hard to feed people in need."

The nonprofit organization fights food insecurity and the environmental impact of food waste by recovering and delivering healthy meals to the local communities.

The organization has over 40 volunteers and has helped deliver 130,000 healthy meals in Princeton and the neighboring townships of Montgomery, Lawrenceville, and Trenton.

Share My Meals has more than $1.2 million budget in only two years and has served around 850 people.
