Signups for Mercer County Tennis Classes Begin Feb. 14

Signups begin at 8 a.m. on Feb. 14.

Mercer County issued the following press release about classes at the Mercer County Tennis Center:

The Mercer County Park Commission hopes to fill all tennis classes to capacity and encourage fitness through tennis. Sign-ups begin at 8 a.m. for adults and 9 a.m. for juniors on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, on the Park Commission’s Community Pass website at https://register.communitypass.net/mercer.

Program opportunities include: Junior and Adult Lesson Programs for all levels and ages, as well as the Mercer County Tennis Championship Tournaments comprising Century Doubles; Men’s & Women’s “A” and “B” Singles; Doubles; Mixed Doubles; 35, 45, 55 & over Adult Singles; Junior 12, 14, 16 Boys & Girls Singles; the Mercer County Shootout Tiebreak Tournament; and the Stone Age Open Retro Tournament. Registrations are also being accepted for the Mercer County Summer Tennis League, which is a flex league that runs from April 27-July 5. The league will accept the first 725 registrations, and the session ends in a playoff tournament from July 11-24. The league deadline is April 6.
