State Police Bust Three Women Charged In Prostitution Ring at Massage Parlor
The charges came following a two-week investigation.

Three women were charged with soliciting and promoting prostitution and police seized bank records and $20,796 following a two-week undercover investigation, authorities said.
The investigation, conducted by the Mercer County Narcotics Task Force, State Police and others, concluded with the execution of a search warrant at Bala Bala Massage, 2479 Pennington Avenue in Hopewell Township on Thursday, Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri and Hopewell Township Police Chief Lance Maloney said.
During the investigation, three women who worked there allegedly offered sex to the undercover officers.

A total of four women were arrested during Thursday’s search, but one was not charged.
Charges are as follows:

- Yu Zeng, a.k.a. “Angel,” 28, of Flushing, NY, was charged with soliciting prostitution, a disorderly persons offense;
- Xiao Lan Xie, a.k.a. “Cindy,”38, of Queens, NY, is charged with soliciting prostitution, a disorderly persons offense; and
- Feng Rong Chen, 45, of Queens, NY, is charged with promoting prostitution, a third degree crime.
Officers with the prosecutor’s office, the county sheriff’s office, the Hopewell Township, Hamilton, Lawrence and Trenton police departments, the New Jersey State Police and Department of Homeland Security I.C.E., under the command of Lt. Michael Novembre, conducted the investigation and made the arrests.
