<p>Tour our new wellness space, meet our educators, and learn how this national accreditation allows us to offer specialized care—often at no out-of-pocket cost for Medicare Part B beneficiaries.</p>
<h3>Bridging the Gap in Diabetes Care</h3>
<p>"Managing diabetes is about more than just a prescription," says Richard P. Stryker, RPh, owner of Bayshore Pharmacy. "It’s about providing the tools, technology, and community support necessary for our patients to thrive and maintain their vitality."</p>
<p>The program is designed to take the "heavy lifting" out of daily management by offering:</p>
<ul><li>Technological Mastery: Hands-on training with the latest glucometers and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems.</li><li>Clinical Insight: Understanding the "why" behind blood sugar numbers.</li><li>Lifestyle Integration: Nutrition and functional movement guidance tailored to the local Jersey Shore lifestyle.</li><li>Sustained Support: A collaborative environment with professional educators and peer encouragement.</li></ul>
<h3>Inaugural Classes Now Forming</h3>
<p>Bayshore Pharmacy is currently establishing its first round of DSMES classes for the Spring. Due to significant community interest, a Priority Registration List has been opened for those eager to begin their journey toward better health.</p>
