• Lindenwold rescinds meeting recording policy after resident sues • Jersey Vindicator (jerseyvindicator.org) — Lindenwold Borough has scrapped its restrictive meeting-recording rules and agreed to pay $15,000 in legal fees after resident Alfonso Penna sued over being stopped from filming council sessions. The settlement requires any future recording policy to be adopted by ordinance with public input and to stay within constitutional limits, strengthening residents' ability to document local government meetings.
