(tworivertimes.com) — Red Bank Regional High School in Little Silver is at the center of a renewed parking dispute, as Fair Haven has imposed three-hour limits on nearby streets to curb student parking spillover. Residents worry the rules will inconvenience them and their guests, while borough officials say they're trying to prevent the problem from simply shifting to other blocks.
