LS Planning Board Meeting Tuesday: Sign for Downtown Biz and Concession Stand for Rec

There's a little bit of everything on the agenda for the Feb. 21 planning board meeting in Little Silver.

• The concession stand and restroom facility to be built adjacent to borough hall and recently approved by the borough council will come before the planning board on Tuesday. According to an earlier article in Patch, the project will provide a kitchen and concession stand to serve the athletic fields, along with picnic tables, two restrooms, and storage space for the recreation and police departments. It will also increase the amount of parking behind borough hall from 12 parking spaces to 37.

Also on Tuesday's agenda:

• A sign application for Pet's General Store, at 32 Prospect Plaza, the site of the former Peppermint Tree;
• An amended major subdivision application of the Martelli project at Fox Hill;
• An application for work to be performed on a residence at 441 Rumson Rd.;
• Resolutions for work to be performed on two residences -- 19 Mitchell Place and 210 White Road.
