Livingston Police crashed a party over the weekend where 13 teens were caught drinking, said Det. Sgt. Anthony Dippold.
A caller tipped police to a loud party in a home on Walnut Street. The parents were away for the weekend and when police arrived on Saturday night they found the teens in possession of beer and other alcohol, Dippold said.
The teens all live in Livingston and ranged in age from 16-18. The minors were released to the custody of their parents, police said. The 18-year-olds were issued a summons to appear in Livingston municipal court to face charges of possession of alcohol and underage drinking. Those court appearances are pending.
