Flood Watch Extended For Livingston Area As Rain Expectation Is Updated

NORTH JERSEY, NJ — The National Weather Service has extended its flood watch for Essex County until 1 p.m. on Monday. Previously, it was to end around 6 a.m.

An updated briefing says as much as 3 inches of rain may fall in the region before tapering off on Monday.
