2 Polling Places Open In Livingston For 2020 Primary Election
The primary election in Livingston will be held mostly via mail due to the coronavirus. There will be two local polling places open.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Although the 2020 Primary Election in Livingston will be held via mail due to the coronavirus, there will be two local polling places open on July 7, officials say.
Under Gov. Phil Murphy’s Executive Order 144, every registered Republican and Democratic voter was automatically mailed a vote-by-mail (VBM) ballot for the July 7 Primary Election. Unaffiliated/undeclared voters were mailed an application to request a VBM ballot.
VBM ballots can be mailed at the Post Office, placed in a standard mailbox, or placed in an Essex County Mail-In Ballot Drop-Off Box (see list of locations here).
