3 Houses Burglarized In 3 Days In Livingston: Police
The Livingston police responded to burglar alarms in the last week and found windows of homes smashed.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Three residential burglaries were reported in Livingston over the last week, police said.
This past Thursday, Dec. 8, Livingston police responded at 6:51 p.m. to a Chelsea Drive home on a report of a residential burglary alarm. Officers found a shattered rear door. They said that several rooms were ransacked "with unknown proceeds at this time." The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
Then, police responded to two residences on Saturday within an hour of each other.

At 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Livingston officers responded to a burglar alarm going off on Hillside Avenue. They found a window that had been pried open. Police say they're not sure if anything was taken.
At 7:24, they responded to a Shrewsbury Drive home on a report of a burglary. The police and the homeowner noted that a rear window had been smashed and a rear door had pry marks.

The interior of the residence was ransacked, police said. The homeowner is compiling a list of the proceeds. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
