  • Maren Harris: “3 or 4. Keep the February break please!”
  • Marni Bell Askinazy: “3 or 4. February break is definitely needed for the health of the children and teachers mentally and physically.”
  • Archana Sapre: “V1. Instead of 1 full week off in Feb, I would like to see more holidays added in Dec. (End of year).”
  • Ilyse Muser Shainbrown: “Version 4. Keeps feb break and we don’t need to end on a Friday!!! It would seem to be the best compromise!”
  • Victoria Kasperski: “Version 1. Agree w ith other parents. Having an entire week off in February, April and December is hard for working parents to swing, coupled with all the other days off.”
  • Neely Manoff: “Version 4 - after a long summer break, everyone should be ready to start by 9/5. I think it’s really important to have a February break long enough for travel. It is priceless family time and travel is an education you can’t get in a classroom. For those who are not traveling, it’s still a break to rejuvenate. A long weekend doesn’t accomplish either. I strongly favor the week. I like the end date on the 21st which is Thursday so the kids have a day off to spend with loved ones before the camp buses leave on Saturday. I think there are enough kids in Livingston impacted by this.”
