4 Livingston Residents Rank On 'Wealthiest New Jerseyans' List

There’s no excuse for leaving a lousy tip now.

Four Livingston residents were among the “50 Wealthiest New Jerseyans” in a NJBiz report.

The publication named 57-year-old David Alan Tepper as the richest person in New Jersey, ahead of notables such as Jon Stewart, Bruce Springsteen and Mary Higgins Clark.

According to the report, he gained his estimated $10 billion net worth through “investments.”

Also named in the report:

• #4 - Mark Wilf, 52, who combined with his family member Zygmunt (#5 on the list), is worth $5 billion (real estate)
• #31 - Charles Kushner, 60, who is worth $500 million (real estate development)
• # 33 - David Mandelbaum, 79, who is worth $450 million (real estate)

To reach their conclusion, NJBiz used sources such as news reports, Securities and Exchange Commission filings and reported sales prices of companies the person had investments in.
